TusCA Ristorante

Treat your taste buds to the incredible combination of authentic Tuscan cuisine prepared with the freshest California ingredients at TusCA Ristorante. Our highly creative chefs enhance the delicious flavors of one of the regions most noted in the world for magnificent foods, bringing a unique dining experience to Monterey. The welcoming ambiance of Tuscany and the Northern California countryside are reflected throughout TusCA, which features a warm color palette inspired by the hues of local wines, and touches of natural stone and wood. Relax on comfortable banquets as you watch our chefs prepare this fabulous cuisine in an open air kitchen, or take in views of the Pebble Beach Company's Del Monte Golf Course from floor to ceiling windows.

For special gatherings, TusCA offers a secluded dining area for eight, perfect when you wish for a more private space.  For an extra treat, choose our Chef's Table, accented on one side by a clear fiberglass wall encasing sheaves of local grains and panoramic views of the golf course, the open kitchen, and the Wine & Cheese Bar.

Join us for Toss Up Tuesdays! Every Tuesday we'll toss a coin to determine if you'll pay for dinner or if Hyatt will pick up the bill!
